I have owned a bongo for 10yrs but needed to get a younger model due to the amount of mileage I intend to do in the future. Let me save you a lot of time...........I have been to nearly every Bongo dealer on the south coast and even further a field. I was becoming incredibly despondent with the Sales chat, insufficient documentation for the vehicle and general lack of what I was looking for. I visited Kevin a couple of times with my Spec and he was so helpful without being pushy and was a delight to deal with. The conversions on his vans are the best Ive seen with an eye for detail, clean neat trims, accessories such as fire extinguishers and porta loos and excellent quality materials. One very important aspect to remember when buying a direct import is that the vehicles are not undersealed. Kevin was the only company that sold his vehicles with this already in place, not one other dealer that I met even mentioned the undersealing. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Southern Bongos and would highly advise that you start your search here. Highly recommend! Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. We bought an amazing van from him at a great price and he converted it for us with a full side conversion. It was great being able to pick the interior colours and upholstery. Cannot wait for our many bongo adventures!
