Having tried to diagnose the cause of my elbow pain myself online I booked in to see James who quickly identified where the problem was actually coming from (my neck). I was at the point where it was restricting my ability to train in the gym so I was really happy that the treatment from the first session, along with the exercises that were set for me to do in between sessions made a noticeable difference straight away. Ive just been back for the second session which was equally thorough. James clearly has heaps of expertise and is able to add helpful advice that fits around my lifestyle making the treatment great value for money. Im very glad I didnt carry on with my (incorrect!) self-diagnosis and treatment as instead of me making things worse, I can already train more effectively and am confident of a full recovery. I highly recommend James.
