Jane the manager was excellent, from advice through to an after installation follow up. The team installing the fireplace was also excellent,, polite and helpful and they worked late to ensure the installation was completed on time. I have nothing but praise for Jane and the installation team. The only downside was that although I ordered the fireplace fine, I then wanted advice and recommendations about a gas fire. This took almost a month to arrive, after various reminders, when I made it clear at the outset that time was important. Once I had the quote, the work was done but it was about a month late. This was not Jane's fault at all.

I have been through the complete sales and installation process with this company this year and found they have been very helpful, imaginative and good value. All the staff I came across were very good and their installation team were brilliant, dealing with all the unforeseen issues without complaint and made us feel totally confident in their experience and ability. I would recommend this company to anyone.
